GEO across the five surfaces LLMs actually cite, measured through your funnel to closed revenue. Technical wins in 60 days.

Why GNW

What makes us different from every other GEO agency

Three things: we came up in RevOps, we do the primary research the category runs on, and we teach your team as we go.

We measure it to revenue

We came out of marketing ops and RevOps. So we don’t stop at a citation screenshot. We’ll track an AI referral through the funnel and build the Salesforce campaign architecture to report ROI on it.

No other GEO agency will do that, because no other GEO agency knows how.

We're the ones writing the playbook

Our CSO Andrea Lechner-Becker publishes the GEO/AEO Newsletter and our State of GEO in B2B research. When the category needs a source, this is where it comes from.

We teach, not just deliver

GEO changes monthly. Half this job is tracking what changed, deciding whether it matters to you, and handing your team something they can act on this week.

Working sessions and briefings are in every retainer. Your team gets smarter, not just your pages.

The work

Citations come from five places. Your website is only one of them.

LLMs read your site, then verify it against the rest of the web. Here’s what we run, what we advise on, and what we won’t pretend to do.

Website & content

Answer-first restructuring, question-format headings, schema, machine-readable pages. We write and update the content, not just brief it.

Community platforms

Reddit and forum strategy: which threads matter, what to say, what to prioritize. We draft. Your people post.

Video & YouTube

Titles, descriptions, chapters, transcripts, and the editing. Built so the content is retrievable, not just watchable.

Peer review

G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius. Review velocity, category placement, and the profile copy models lift into comparisons.

LinkedIn

Newsletter strategy, post drafting, hashtags, distribution timing, thought leader versus company page, and how to use video.

What we don't do

We don’t have Reddit accounts to post on your behalf, and we won’t pose as your customers. We don’t run analyst relations.

When an agency says they “do off-site work,” ask who pushes the button. If the answer is a persona farm, that’s a liability sitting on your brand.

How it runs

How does a GEO engagement work?

Month one is foundation. Months two through four are the first active quarter. Then it’s a quarterly cycle of goals, execution, and measurement.

Phase
When
What you get

Access and baseline

Weeks 1–2

GA4, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, CMS, and CRM read access wired up

Audit

Weeks 1–4

Buyer-built prompt set, citation baseline, technical findings, 30-60-90 roadmap
Goal setting
Week 4
Two or three quarterly targets, chosen deliberately
Execution
Month 2 onward
Published work. Pages, video, community, review profiles
Reporting
Monthly
Numbers first, then the argument about next month
Reset

New goals, re-prioritized roadmap, prompt set reviewed in the open

Pick two or three goals a quarter. Not seven.

Sentiment rebalancing

Timeline

How long does GEO take to work?

Technical wins land in 60 days. Citation share on the clusters you chose moves in 90. Pipeline attribution takes a full sales cycle, which for most B2B is two quarters.

The biggest variance between clients isn’t industry or site size. It’s publishing velocity.

Measurement

How do you measure GEO?

Four layers: citation share, referral traffic, pipeline sourced, and answer accuracy. The pipeline layer is the one most agencies skip.

Metric
Source
What it proves
Citation share
Bing Webmaster Tools grounding queries
Actual share of voice on a real query
Prompt-level visibility
Semrush AIO, Profound, Adobe Brand Visibility, Rankshift
Movement across engines and prompts
AI referral traffic
GA4, server logs
Real humans arriving from an answer
Pipeline sourced
Salesforce or HubSpot campaign architecture we build
Revenue impact, not vibes
Answer accuracy
Frozen prompt set audits
Whether models describe you correctly

We use Semrush AIO, Adobe Brand Visibility, Profound, and Rankshift for tracking, AirOps for content workflow, and we work inside whatever your team already owns. We don’t mark up licenses.

Packages

How do you scope and price GEO work?

Three structures. Most clients start with the audit and roll into a retainer.

AI visibility audit

$1,000
Fixed bid. Four weeks. Where everyone starts.

Buyer-built prompt set across discovery, comparison, and diagnostic intent

Citation share baseline by engine

Technical findings: crawler access, rendering, headings, schema

Off-site source inventory for your category

Prioritized 30-60-90 roadmap

90-day growth program

$10,000
For teams that need a defensible go or no-go on GEO this quarter.

Three phases: baseline, enablement, expansion decision

Frozen 100-prompt measurement set in movement, defense, and context panels

Four working sessions

Content and optimization briefs

Foundational site edits and schema implementation

A go or no-go recommendation at day 90, in writing

Ongoing retainer

$7,500
/month and up
Full-surface execution, measurement, and education against a live roadmap.

Content production: new pieces and page refreshes, written by us

Technical and schema implementation

Community, video, peer review, and LinkedIn execution

Funnel measurement and campaign architecture build

Monthly reporting, working sessions, and quarterly resets

What moves the price: prompt set size, number of domains, buyer segments, and content production volume. Volume is the biggest variable by a wide margin. Time and materials available for discrete builds like a migration or a full schema rollout.

Your side of the table

What does GNW need from your team?

Publishing speed, expert access, and one named owner. All three are on your side.
What we need
What happens without it
Publishing inside a week
Six-week approval cycles spend the retainer waiting
Two hours of expert time a month
Content that reads like everyone else’s
One named internal owner
Work stalls between departments
System access
No baseline, no proof

A model can produce the consensus view of your category in four seconds. It can’t produce what your implementation lead learned in a bad rollout.

Fit

Who is this right for, and who is it wrong for?

Right for B2B companies with product-market fit and something true to say.

A good fit

  • Product-market fit, settled positioning, and a category buyers already ask about

  • Real expertise, published or not. If you’ve already published it and it isn’t getting cited, that’s an even better fit

  • Ops or RevOps complexity, because that’s where we can prove revenue instead of citations

  • Someone internally who can approve a page this week

Not a fit, and what to do instead

  • Still hunting for product-market fit. GEO will only help models describe your confusion more efficiently.

  • You want volume content. Citations come from a point of view, and that doesn’t mass-produce.

  • You want an agency that agrees with you. Hire one that does.

  • You just want a dashboard. Buy a tool. Several are good and all are cheaper than we are.

If we’re not a fit, we’ll say so on the first call and we won’t charge you for it.

Questions

GEO services, answered

Generative engine optimization is the practice of getting your company cited in AI-generated answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. The unit of work is a question, not a keyword.

Most practitioners use them interchangeably. AEO emphasizes extractable answers on your own pages. GEO includes the off-site sources models use to verify what they found there. You need both.

No. The technical foundation overlaps, but ranking first doesn’t reliably win the citation. Query fanout coverage, prompt-level tracking, and off-site source weighting have no SEO equivalent.

Some can. Most are selling the same audit with new vocabulary. Ask them what a grounding query is, and ask them to show you citation share instead of a rankings report.

An AI visibility audit is $1,000. The 90-day growth program is $10,000. Ongoing retainers start at $7,500 per month, driven mostly by content production volume.

Technical wins land in 60 days. Citation share moves in about 90. Pipeline attribution takes one to two full sales cycles.

No. We build the strategy, tell you which threads matter, and draft what to say. Your people post it. We don’t keep accounts to post on your behalf and we won’t pose as your customers.

No. It matters for AI visibility, and we’ll tell you where it fits in your roadmap, but running an analyst program isn’t something we do.

Both. Briefs are included, and the retainer includes production. We write new pieces, refresh existing pages, and edit video.

That’s the point of our RevOps background. We instrument AI referrals and build the campaign architecture in Salesforce or HubSpot so pipeline from AI answers shows up in the same reporting as everything else.

ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. Google AI Overviews rewards tight extractable answers. ChatGPT and Perplexity reward a connected body of point of view.
