We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our fast-paced, innovative, and people-first team. If you thrive on problem-solving, building smart CRM solutions, and partnering with forward-thinking clients, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Consultant at GNW, you’ll work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions — primarily focused on Sales Cloud, with opportunities to expand into Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Pardot, and beyond. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple clouds
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, automations, and dashboards
- Advise clients on CRM best practices, user adoption, and process improvement
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce features, releases, and tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven consulting experience (agency or client-facing role preferred)
- Deep Salesforce expertise, particularly in Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Pardot is a strong plus.
- Bonus points for experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or other marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Ability to navigate complex requirements and shifting priorities.
- A “Figure It Out” mindset.
- Salesforce Certification is a plus!
