The Gig:
As an Attribution and Analytics Consultant, you’ll drive conversations and strategies around best practices for data-driven decision making. You’ll lead projects and share your passion for Marketing attribution and analytics with customers looking to take their reporting to the next level.
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on leveraging marketing attribution and analytics, business intelligence (BI) platforms, and Adobe products to optimize our marketing efforts and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing attribution methodologies and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing Attribution Analysis: Develop and implement marketing attribution models to assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns. Provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
Data Integration & Analysis: Utilize BI platforms to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring comprehensive reporting and analytics. Analyze data trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Adobe Product Expertise: Leverage Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager) to optimize marketing strategies. Provide training and support to team members on these tools.
Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize key performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment on objectives and data requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to marketing analytics and attribution. Recommend best practices and innovative solutions.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a consulting role
Strong proficiency in BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive as hell—when you see something that can be improved, you don’t hesitate to act.
Gritty enough to power through challenges without losing your cool.
