Post discovery process, we recommended a few tweaks, shared some best practices and created optimizations to help reduce noise and errors. Through our system audit, we began to uncover all existing processes and identifying potential improvements to workflows within their Marketo instance and all of their other systems. We offered recommendations on how to help improve their marketing operations, lead times, and drive increased productivity. 

In partnership with our team, Drift was able to execute the improvements they needed to improve marketing operations across campaigns, integrations, scalability, and support. Our goal was to enforce the creation of a process that could support all the lead nurture flows and programs running within their instance.
