The Gig:
As a Junior Marketing Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person for making things happen. You’ll dive into the details, assist in implementing marketing strategies, and learn the ropes of consulting while delivering real results. This is the perfect role for someone who loves figuring things out and wants to grow their career in marketing operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting clients with the setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Troubleshooting tech challenges (and Googling until you figure it out).
- Analyzing campaign performance and sharing actionable insights.
- Collaborating with senior consultants to streamline processes and make our clients’ lives easier.
- Learning how to manage client relationships like a pro.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or marketing operations (or you’ve just been obsessed with MarTech and taught yourself).
- Comfortable with platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot—or eager to learn.
- Naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions.
- A solid communicator who can explain tech stuff without sounding like a robot.
- Someone who finishes what they start, even when the going gets tough.
