When PlanMember began the onboarding process for Marketo Engage, they needed a partner who could help them stand up the platform and also help them execute the tool strategically with their team.

PlanMember also uses Salesforce as their primary sales tool and there was a strong need for marketing to equip and support sales with relevant data.

This data included Email and website activity, webinar engagement, and other relevant touch points along the lead lifecycle journey that were obscured by a lack of visibility within SFDC.
