The Gig:
As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you’ll step into the driver’s seat, helping clients untangle big problems and get their marketing operations running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior consultants, and turn chaos into streamlined processes—all while keeping an eye on the client’s bottom line.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading client projects, from brainstorming strategy to implementing campaigns.
- Owning the technical setup and optimization of platforms like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.
- Collaborating with clients to solve messy problems and simplify their workflows.
- Analyzing data and presenting results that actually mean something.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge.
- Taking initiative when you see something broken or inefficient—no waiting to be told what to do.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years in marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
- Confident in your ability to troubleshoot, strategize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Deeply familiar with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proactive as hell—when you see something that can be improved, you don’t hesitate to act.
- Gritty enough to power through challenges without losing your cool.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others.
